“Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.” — Ephesians 4:32 (NLT)
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with an open heart. I choose to forgive those who have hurt me, even when it feels difficult. I know I cannot do this in my own strength, so I ask You to help me let go of bitterness, anger, and resentment.
Your Word reminds me to be “kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.” Help me live out that truth each day. When forgiveness feels impossible, remind me of the mercy You have shown me and give me the strength to extend that same grace to others.
I trust that You see my pain, and I place it in Your hands. Fill my heart with Your peace, soften my spirit, and help me walk in freedom instead of unforgiveness. I choose to move forward, knowing that forgiveness brings healing and draws me closer to You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Many Blessings,
Lisa Marie
