This is a short prayer that I wrote to bounce off of these few bible verses that I read one day.
Heavenly Father, lead me to truly humble myself, therefore, under Your mighty hand. I know it is you that will lift me up in due time as your timing is always perfect. I pray to you for the courage and faith to cast my anxiety onto you because I know you care for me. Lord, help me to be alert and of sober mind for the enemy is sneaky and prowls around looking for someone to attack and devour. I ask that you place a hedge of protection around me, my family and my friends to keep the enemy away. I ask you to provide me with the strength, wisdom, and discernment to resist the devil and his scheming ways. Father, place peace and calmness within me that can overpower any anxiety. I pray that your everlasting grace, mercy, and strength will continuously flow through me all the days going forward. I thank you and I praise you. In Jesus’ name….Amen
